Most routine appointments typically last 20–30 minutes, while complex visits, diagnostics, or follow-up care may take longer. We’ll let you know if additional time is needed to ensure your pet receives thorough care.
What should I expect at my appointment?
At your visit, we’ll review your pet’s history and perform a complete exam. Depending on your pet’s needs, we may recommend diagnostics, treatment options, and a home-care plan. We take time to answer your questions so you can make informed decisions.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the appointment to another pet in need. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, we may need to shorten the appointment or reschedule depending on the day’s schedule.
